    Location

Lack of attention to basic maintenance and upkeep and basic housekeeping lets this hotel down badly, no TV reception in room missing remote controls, Kettle didnt work, in dire need of updating, price is ok but hostal standard not hotel standard.

The reception staff member was very friendly and helpful

The room was in need of decoration, the lighting was not working on the floor I stayed leaving it very dark and you could hear everything that was said in the adjoining room

It was very easy to book in and staff where very attentive to our needs, providing extra pillows when requested, the room was comfortable and clean and warm and the on suite was satisfactory. There was also a lift which although small was serviceable and helpful.

It was one of the cheapest around and the staff were really helpful.

Just a bit too far out of the centre.

Without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. do not go there. It may be cheap, but believe me, everything is wrong with the hotel. It should be closed down, and the owners really need to look for another line of work because they have absolutely no idea of how to run a hotel. I should know, I have ran hotels before, very successfully and managed in the leisure/hotel/restaurant/bar industry for over twenty years.

room very clean, staff friendly, hotel has got a carpark so over all we enjoyed the stay.

Nothing to like unless you're on a stag weekend.

Groups of up to ten young men returning to the hotel in the early hours were extremely noisy.

The hotel was positioned right on the promanade and overlooked the sea so it has the ideal position

This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was cheap but I still felt over charged for what was provided. My initial welcome was completely farcical, I had booked a twin room for myself and my grandson and they had allocated a double room. When this was resolved the room itself was almost adequate if not overly clean but the ensuite facilities were contained in a room 5 foot by 4 foot and as I am of a large build it was a struggle to even sit on the toilet never mind use the "shower". The stay was for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned even the beds were not made up Luckily we had not booked any food because if the rest of the facilities were anything to go by then it would probably have been unedible.

Left after 5 minutes of arriving. Disgusting, smelly and very disorganisd. View from room appalling. Lost a lot of money. Just horrendous. Needs some health anx sa(ety regulations. Just horrible.

Everthing. Was disgusted and would appreciate a response froom you. Nothing depicted in your descripton of this place was true.

the only thing i liked about the hotel was the price, and the fact the hotel is in blackpool

the corridor and entrance smelt. the interior was scruffy and much in need of decorating. there was a bogey in my bed. there was damp on the ceiling. t.v. did not work. took 15 minutes to get my car out the car park as i had been blocked in. definetly wont be going back

Apart from the vast number of clothes hangers nothing. It was boardering on derelict. The 10,000 watt fluorecent light tube. (I thought these were obsolete. Even the ciu clubs don't use these any more.)

It was scruffy & poorly maintained. Carpets, walls, paintwork & particularly windows were filthy. There was no ventilation in the shower /bathroom so the whole room was filled with condensation. I had to clamp a clothes hanger on the shower head to stop it falling down. The only opening window in the bedroom had to be wedged open with another clothes hanger. The small 18" fluorecent over-bed lights "glowed" in the dark for about an hour after they were turned off!!!!! I asked for an Iron. It was delivered promptly but the cable had three repairs wrapped up in Gaffa Tape. It was pat tested though! We we terrified to use it. The management obviously had no idea how to run an hotel.
